I’m a Customer Success and Client Operations leader with 15+ years of experience building client-facing processes that create order in fast-moving environments. I’m known for improving follow-through and aligning clients, teams, and systems to support retention, operational visibility, and scalable growth.
In recent roles, I’ve supported onboarding and post-call follow-up processes, improved CRM and workflow visibility across customer success, marketing, and sales, and mapped trial-to-early engagement experiences to operational needs. As a founder and Client Operations Director, I built multi-six-figure virtual assistant operations using Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit, led client lifecycle management end-to-end, and used AI-assisted automation to strengthen communication continuity, task completion, and service quality.
