I'm a Customer Support Expert at Teleperformance, supporting clients across Europe through calls, email, and live chat. I resolve product inquiries, complaints, service requests, and troubleshooting issues while working toward customer satisfaction and resolution targets.
Previously, I taught digital literacy, online work, basic computer skills, and graphics at California ICT Centre/Ajira Youth Empowerment Centre. I trained over 1,500 youths in computer skills and over 500 youths in online earning opportunities including 2D and 3D LIDAR annotation and image segmentation.
My IT support experience includes installing and troubleshooting workstations, supporting networks, maintaining server and desktop functionality, managing access and records, and assisting users with connectivity and peripheral issues at Iconet Solutions Ltd.
I've also completed remote annotation work with Avala AI and Remotasks, covering 2D and 3D LIDAR annotation, image annotation, and segmentation. I bring a BSc in Information Technology and practical experience across customer support, IT operations, online work, and training.
