I’m looking for a remote role where I can own customer support and digital business operations—using my communication skills, e-commerce/Shopify experience, and AI-assisted workflows to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

I’m a results-driven entrepreneur and digital professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and managing online businesses. I founded and scaled an IPTV company from the ground up, growing it into a team of 5 (3 full-time, 2 contractors) and managing hiring, onboarding, and performance.

I oversee customer support operations—resolving technical and billing issues for hundreds of subscribers—while also handling marketing, sales strategy, and business development independently. I’ve added Shopify e-commerce and dropshipping experience, plus YouTube content creation skills like video production, scripting, SEO, and social media strategy, including AI tools and workflow automation; I’m now seeking a remote role to apply my business acumen and communication skills.
