What I'm looking for

I seek an HR or administrative role in a collaborative organization where I can apply my administrative strengths, support recruitment and employee relations, and grow in HR operations and analytics.

I am a dedicated Human Resource Management and Psychology graduate with hands-on experience as an HR and Administrative Assistant at the University of Ghana Medical Centre. I have developed and executed administrative procedures, managed filing systems and staff leave, supported recruitment activities, coordinated meetings for senior leaders, and assisted medical stores with requests and reporting.

I am highly organized and diplomatic, with strengths in scheduling, records and office management, data accuracy, and client-staff relations. I completed a Coursera course in Accounting Data Analytics and Visualization and bring strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving abilities to roles that improve workplace productivity and employee experience.
