I'm supporting Microsoft 365 operations at Brandsmashers Tech, resolving user, identity, authentication, authorization, configuration, and service issues through structured troubleshooting.
Previously at Mike Miller Electronics, I supported Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online. I also used Python and SQL to automate technical checks and produce repeatable operational reports.
At Shrimad Technologies, I managed Microsoft 365 services, Intune device and app protection policies, conditional access, MFA, licensing, onboarding, and offboarding. I also worked with Microsoft Defender, Purview compliance capabilities, Dynamics 365, and Power Automate workflows.
My foundation includes Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, TCP/IP, and hybrid identity support. I'm focused on reliable cloud service support, identity administration, incident resolution, documentation, and end-user technical support.
