I’m a software engineer specializing in IT operations. I focus on keeping critical systems stable, secure, and highly available through hands-on system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

In my current role at Capgemini (April 2024–Present) as an IT Operations Analyst, I oversee and resolve issues across Windows, Linux, databases, firewalls, networks, and cloud infrastructure. I use monitoring and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Opsgenie, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Mist, Sungard, AVS, Feed, and Downdetector to drive real-time issue resolution and minimize downtime.

I proactively monitor system health to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the infrastructure. I also support service requests and incidents, escalate when necessary, and partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve system and network problems quickly.

Previously at Capgemini (April 2023–April 2024) as an SAP Basis Administrator, I managed SAP systems for performance and stability. I led SAP installations, upgrades, and patch management across multiple environments, and ensured security and compliance through routine backups and audits.
