I'm looking to lead scalable SaaS billing, revenue operations, and financial systems work, solving complex quote-to-cash challenges and improving accuracy through cross-functional partnership, process improvement, and automation.

At Net Health, I lead billing operations for approximately $200M in recurring SaaS revenue, validating and troubleshooting more than 20,000 monthly invoices across products, business units, and billing structures.

I'm the primary subject matter expert for NetSuite, SuiteBilling, ARM, and Salesforce, partnering with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Deal Desk, Product, and Operations to solve complex billing challenges. I've supported acquisition integrations, led UAT and training, and built an AI-assisted Claude and Excel workflow to improve usage-billing analysis accuracy.
