I’m looking for a business-aligned HR leadership role where I can drive workforce planning, labor relations, and HRIS transformation (e.g., Workday), while ensuring compliance and measurable outcomes for distributed teams and regulated environments.

I’m a results-driven HR leader who partners with leadership across regulated manufacturing, municipal, and union environments. I focus on aligning human capital strategy with corporate goals in both on-site and remote/multi-state settings, especially when change, compliance, and stakeholder alignment are high-stakes.

In my recent Acting HRBP role at Edgewell Personal Care, I architected a full-cycle recruitment strategy that filled 60 critical roles and cut average time-to-fill by 34%. I also helped modernize onboarding by partnering with distributed teams to launch an SSO digital onboarding portal, improving completion rates by 28%, and I supported site governance through three SOX audits with zero deficiencies.
