I've led quality from alpha through gold release on five major AAA game titles, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Life is Strange: True Colors, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Edition, New World, and Marvel's Avengers.

At Lionbridge Games, I advanced from QA Tester to Project Manager and scaled concurrent global testing operations from 15 to 500+ testers. I represented QA with clients and leadership, translated technical findings into business risk, and built training, onboarding, and defect-reporting standards used across teams.

At Vant4ge, I test web and backend systems supporting federal and state prison management software, where quality directly affects community supervision and public safety outcomes. I work across Agile and Waterfall delivery models, using end-to-end, functional, regression, smoke, and API testing to support stable releases.

My background also includes technical support and software training for Apple, plus operational leadership in hospitality. I bring a user-first mindset, detailed defect management, and clear cross-functional communication to complex products and high-stakes releases.
