I'm currently managing two Shell EV programs at Powerhouse, overseeing media-station installations and EV charging-pedestal retrofits across multiple states. I administer more than $3M in program revenue while maintaining budget control and schedule adherence.
I lead pre-construction meetings nationwide, coordinate contractors and cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary client liaison through weekly progress meetings and urgent site demands.
Previously at Semper Solaris, I coordinated 100–200 active solar projects at once, supervised project coordinators, subcontractors, and inspectors, and ranked #1 company-wide for accounting accuracy. I also trained cross-functional teams on accounts receivable best practices and used Salesforce and Excel for project tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Across Ilum Solar and Solar4America, I've owned project lifecycles, managed change orders and compliance, maintained project schedules, negotiated design standards, and resolved risks before they affected delivery.
