What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my prior experience and current skills to reenter the property management industry.

At AMI VACATION HOMES, I managed up to 100 homes owned by long-distance owners. I grew the number of homes under management, occupancy levels, and returning guests year over year.

I handled rental bookings, bill-pay, select taxes, and rental license management. I also oversaw DBA AMI Maintenance, including preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance.

At CHILIS BAR AND GRILL, I was Managing Partner in charge of overall operations for a $5 million restaurant. The restaurant went from the bottom 10% to the top 10% in the brand.

At THE RED APPLE, I manage daily operations, maintain the annual operating budget and bookkeeping, analyze operations and market data, and develop internal inventory systems. I'm looking to reenter the property management industry.
