What I'm looking for
I’m a Patient Services Coordinator who thrives in high-traffic clinics and keeps patient interactions upbeat, accurate, and on schedule. At Novant Health, I handle face-to-face check-in and check-out, insurance verification, co-pays, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, phone calls, and outgoing referrals—while coordinating with outside medical vendors and supporting providers one on one.
I also bring healthcare back-office strength from my Health Information Technology background, where I’m RHIT eligible and have coding experience using ICD-10 with HIPAA protection.
