At Goodwill Industries of Southern Philadelphia & New Jersey, I lead operations for six high-volume retail locations across Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. I manage store managers, support leaders, and frontline teams while driving regional goals for sales, production, donations, labor, and shrink.

I use KPI reporting and P&L reviews to identify underperforming locations and implement corrective action plans. I also maintain merchandising, customer service, pricing, and operational standards through regular store audits.

I strengthen loss prevention and EAS inventory compliance while coaching management teams through performance reviews, accountability measures, and succession planning. I partner closely with HR, Loss Prevention, Operations, and Transportation to keep stores operationally ready.

Previously at Century 21, I managed HR initiatives spanning recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. I coached managers on policies and ensured procedures aligned with state and federal labor laws.
