What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing ABA-based support in a collaborative clinical or educational setting, helping clients build communication, independence, and adaptive skills while growing my clinical knowledge through training and BCBA supervision.

I'm currently delivering individualized ABA therapy at Licensed Support ABA and New England Center for Children, implementing behavior plans, conducting 1:1 sessions, and tracking progress for clients with autism and developmental disorders.

Across roles with Prime Elite Services, Soliant, and ABA Centers of America, I've used visual supports, token systems, therapeutic play, social skills training, and positive reinforcement to build independence and reduce challenging behaviors.

I work closely with BCBAs, teachers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams, maintaining detailed HIPAA-compliant documentation while adapting interventions based on behavioral data.
