What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ABA-focused team where I can implement individualized programs under BCBA supervision, analyze progress data, and collaborate closely with caregivers and educators to improve outcomes for clients with autism.

I’m a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who implements individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. I focus on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and consistent support across home, school, and community settings.

Across my roles as a BCaBA and RBT, I collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions. I use evidence-based strategies like positive reinforcement and differential reinforcement, and I help update Behavior Intervention Plans using ongoing data collection.

I also prioritize collaboration and capacity-building—partnering with caregivers, teachers, and team members to maintain consistency and training staff on applied strategies. From working in autism classrooms to home-based instruction, I center individualized support, clear communication, and documentation that supports goal progress and IEP reporting.
