I'm looking for a role where I can improve e-commerce operations, coordinate projects, optimise processes, and support brand growth in a fast-paced environment.

I manage end-to-end Shopify operations and build wellness e-commerce brands, from product listings and inventory to customer support, logistics, and financial reporting.

At IBEAUTY OFFICIAL SRL – Biotiful Brands, I managed Shopify store maintenance, order workflows, returns, invoicing, supplier coordination, warehouse communication, and stock reconciliation. I also implemented customer communication automations and upselling and cross-selling applications to improve efficiency and customer experience.

As the founder of Dolce Vendetta, I developed the business concept, brand positioning, visual identity, and strategic direction for a wellness brand focused on feminine health, holistic wellness, and non-toxic lifestyle products.

I independently manage suppliers, shipping, customer support, Meta Ads, email campaigns, social media, copywriting, AI-generated content, branding assets, and performance reporting.
