I’m looking for a role where I can build strong client and candidate relationships, solve problems creatively, and consistently exceed goals through excellent communication, onboarding support, and customer satisfaction.

I’m a Goal-oriented Recruitment Associate with experience in sourcing, screening, and matching physicians/advanced practitioners for locum tenens assignments across multiple specialties and U.S. regions. I also served as a Recruitment Onboarding Specialist for recruiting representatives and recruitment associates, leveraging creative and strategic problem solving to drive performance and production.
