I am a senior telecom engineer with hands-on experience in 2G/3G/4G configuration, transmission node maintenance, and Windows server administration. I have independently handled the majority of incoming incidents, created and managed trouble tickets, and integrated telecom systems with IT environments to ensure 24/7 service availability.
