What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue solving mobile network performance and coverage challenges, using RF analysis, optimization, and telecom platforms to improve customer experience and network reliability.

At Vodafone Egypt, I investigate LTE and 5G NR coverage complaints by monitoring site KPIs and alarms, analyzing RF conditions, and driving corrective actions for VIP and regulatory escalation cases.

I use Huawei U2020 and PRS, Ericsson ENM and ENIQ, and TEMS Discovery to assess network performance and troubleshoot coverage issues. I coordinate field measurements, support technicians, and work with optimization teams on RET tilts and power settings.

My telecom foundation includes mobile network planning, call flows, handovers, O-RAN, and optical transmission systems. Through NTI and WE Telecom, I worked with GSM through 5G technologies, Atoll, GPON, DWDM, SDH/SONET, OTDR, and optical power meters.

I also bring networking and programming experience in CCNA concepts, Python, C, and Linux. My graduation project combined deep learning, drones, GPS tracking, and Android alerts for natural-disaster monitoring.
