What I'm looking for

I am seeking a challenging telecom/network role where I can lead NOC operations or transmission projects, improve network stability, work in a collaborative, safety-focused team, and grow into senior technical or management responsibilities.

I am a results-driven network professional with extensive experience in core and transmission operations, currently serving as a senior FO in a GNOC environment. I manage 24/7 NOC shifts, lead incident management, monitor performance and alarms, and ensure SLAs are met.

I have led transmission projects end-to-end as a project manager, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, procurement, and resource allocation while improving processes and compliance with safety and quality standards. My technical background includes transmission engineering, QoS, VLAN and TDM configuration, radio and microwave link installation, and software upgrades.

Driven by communication and leadership, I combine hands-on troubleshooting with strategic planning to improve stability and scalability. I hold a Bachelor in Electronics and Telecommunications and certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and PMBOK, and I focus on delivering reliable network operations and successful project outcomes.
