At Huawei GNOC, I monitor Huawei and Ericsson Core Networks and manage trouble tickets as a Front Office Engineer in the Core Domain. I perform first-line troubleshooting, escalate critical incidents, and coordinate with technical teams to restore services within SLA.
At Future of Egypt, I provided help desk and network support during military service, troubleshooting connectivity and configuring routers, switches, and LAN infrastructure. My networking labs covered OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, ACLs, Port Security, and DHCP Snooping.
