I am an Information Technologist with a background in data entry, IT support, and customer service. I focus on accuracy, efficient workflows, and maintaining hardware and network reliability.

My experience includes an MIS trainee role at MC Home Depot where I installed and maintained computers, printers, barcode scanners, and networking equipment, and helped automate stock reordering and report generation to reduce overstock and shortages.
