I've managed e-commerce operations and digital marketing at Glowhite Herbals, handling product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, order processing, websites, and marketplace activity.
I optimize Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce storefronts across product pages, collections, navigation, search, user experience, and conversion opportunities. I also manage Amazon Seller Central catalog activity and use Excel to analyze sales, product, and operational data.
Through ShopAtSalon, I built and operated a B2B e-commerce platform connecting salons with beauty and personal-care products. I managed the full lifecycle, from website development and product onboarding to pricing, orders, customer management, logistics, vendor relationships, and customer acquisition.
I'm hands-on with Meta Ads across Instagram and Facebook, using audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate. I'm continuing to expand my knowledge of Google Ads and broader performance marketing.
