Alna Eldhose

I am a Master's student in Artificial Intelligence with practical experience as a Working Student in Enterprise IT Support, where I manage IT equipment, maintain office network infrastructure, administer SaaS tools, and resolve tickets using Jira Service Management.

I develop Python projects focused on audio analysis and machine learning, including a convolutional neural network for musical instrument and pitch recognition that uses STFT and librosa for spectral analysis and pitch tracking.

I combine strong technical support, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with experience in Linux, Python, web development, and database-backed applications, and I create clear technical documentation while collaborating with stakeholders on IT projects.
