I've supported IT system integration and administration at DeskNET IT Service & Management and Stiefelhagen IT, keeping servers, clients, and networks stable through monitoring, patch management, updates, and user support. This included hands-on work with virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V), Linux environments, VMs, and Microsoft 365/Azure.

At DeskNET, I automated daily drive and system checks with Bash, PowerShell, and Linux, eliminating around 30 minutes of manual work each day and enabling earlier warnings of potential outages.

I've configured and automated ESET Protect for more than 100 client and mobile devices, administered network infrastructure, and handled 1st- and 2nd-level troubleshooting.
