What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote Payroll Manager role where I can apply my experience in multi-company payroll, HRIS implementation, compliance, accounting, and process improvement. I’m looking for a growing organization where I can take ownership of payroll operations, improve systems and processes, and continue developing as a payroll leader.

I have over 15 years of experience in payroll, accounting, and HR, with a strong focus on improving processes and helping organizations scale. In my current role, I oversee payroll processes supporting approximately 337 employees across three companies within an investment-backed portfolio. During my tenure, the organization grew from one operating company to three, giving me the opportunity to help develop and standardize payroll, accounting, and HR processes as the business expanded.

One of my biggest accomplishments has been leading our payroll implementation and transition from QuickBooks/QuickBooks Time to Paylocity. I was heavily involved in system configuration, testing, employee and payroll data, timekeeping, GL mapping, workflows, and implementation. I also have hands-on experience with payroll reconciliations, payroll taxes, 401(k), benefits, garnishments, workers’ compensation, payroll accruals, job costing, and general ledger accounting.

I enjoy identifying inefficient or manual processes and finding better ways to accomplish them through technology, automation, and stronger workflows. My experience includes Paylocity, NetSuite, QuickBooks, advanced Excel reporting, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

I’m interested in advancing into a remote Payroll Manager role where I can take greater ownership of payroll operations, system optimization, compliance, and process improvement while continuing to grow as a payroll leader.
