What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead paid-social creative strategy end to end—hypothesis-driven testing, AI-assisted production, and ad-level attribution—so we can scale weekly launches and improve ROAS efficiently without adding headcount.

I build direct response acquisition systems on Meta, translating performance metrics into creative decisions. I’ve scaled weekly tests from 5 to 40 without new hires, using validation gates to cut production costs while keeping creative output consistent.

Since 2025, I’ve driven $3.4M in revenue on $1.12M in spend, launching 1,000+ direct response creatives that produced $1.53M in creative-attributed revenue and another $1.87M in downstream revenue from 15,985 new customers. I use a creative matrix (angles, formats, audiences, iterations) to isolate variables and reverse-engineer winners with monthly ad-level attribution via Hyros.

I also stay close to customer language—building hypotheses from statics, advancing to AI video, and moving into live shoots based on KPI targets. From dubbing winners into Spanish with ElevenLabs (+$102K incremental revenue) to standardizing briefs, modular scripts, and SOPs for UGC creators, my goal is to make creative more measurable, scalable, and repeatable.
