In my most recent role as Amazon Operations Head, I oversee multiple projects end to end—confirming scope and deliverables, building timelines and milestones, tracking risks, and coordinating customer support and cross-functional teams. I manage Amazon inventory health across FBA and FBM, handle shipping documentation and customs compliance (BOLs, Incoterms), improve listing quality in Seller Central, resolve suppressed listings and policy violations, and monitor account health metrics (A-to-Z claims, VOC issues, performance warnings).

I’ve also improved measurable business outcomes, including increasing the customer satisfaction ratings index from 85% to 95% within 3 years as Customer Service Manager. I recruit, manage, and delegate to teams (including remote staff), forecast demand, improve and document SOPs and internal tools, and drive pricing strategies, promotions, and Amazon PPC monitoring to improve profitability and scalability.
