I’m looking for an operations or logistics role with international B2B clients, where I can own end-to-end coordination, improve workflows, and resolve issues quickly—while working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer-oriented operations specialist with 3+ years of experience supporting international clients in logistics and B2B environments. I build strong relationships, handle end-to-end communication, and keep service levels high through fast, structured issue resolution.

In my recent roles at Thermorex and DHL Express Armenia, I coordinated shipment processes, monitored shipment status, and worked with internal teams to streamline operations. I prepare documentation and invoices, support billing workflows, and resolve international shipping and customs-related issues through internal systems.

Before that, as an Operations Manager / Logistics Agent at VIP Global Logistics LLC, I managed daily logistics operations, documentation, payments, and shipment bookings while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
