What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Agile team where I can apply Agile / Scrum / Kanban thinking, coordinate operations smoothly, and communicate clearly—leading teams and optimizing workflows to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

I’m an Agile project management certified professional with a background in economics and hands-on e-commerce operations experience at Ozon. I supported order processing and coordinated returns while working in a fast-paced, high-volume online marketplace.

I’m confident communicating with clients and team members to resolve issues quickly, and I bring a strong sense of organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail. In my work and training, I’ve focused on responsibility & discipline, adaptability, and continuous improvement of workflows.

Alongside my Ozon experience, I completed Agile Project Management Essentials and trained in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies. I’m looking to lead teams, apply my project mindset, and deliver measurable outcomes through clear communication and structured execution.
