What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused role in a tech/SaaS company where I can apply workflow automation and CRM skills, contribute to improving support processes, and grow into specialized technical support or customer success responsibilities.

I am a proactive, organized professional transitioning foundational technical knowledge into effective customer support roles within tech and SaaS environments. I communicate clearly in English and apply strong problem-solving skills to triage requests, manage high-volume inboxes, and answer product questions precisely.

I have hands-on exposure to workflow automation tools including Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, and Airtable, and I am familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot. In my role as Personal Assistant to the CEO at CypherDevs Technologies, I coordinated schedules, managed communications, supported project follow-ups, and assisted with technology-related tasks that improved documentation and bug reporting processes.

I am keen on AI-powered automation and digital transformation, a rapid learner who adapts quickly to new tools and processes, and I aim to leverage my organizational strengths and technical foundations to deliver reliable customer support and improve product workflows.
