What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote opportunity where I can improve healthcare operations, lead and train teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and build scalable processes that improve responsiveness and service.

At Nightingale Visiting Nurses, I led medical records operations across six national offices and managed a seven-person team serving multiple states and time zones.

I redesigned documentation workflows and follow-up systems, raising daily case resolution from fewer than five cases to 30+ per day. I also standardized turnaround processes to reduce provider complaints and rebuild trust with physicians’ offices, hospitals, and insurers.

I build practical operating structures that last, from workload distribution and reporting to quality checkpoints and onboarding. Earlier, I supported high-volume patient scheduling, billing, insurance, and care coordination in dental and physical therapy settings.
