I'm part of GX1's founding team, helping build the company's structure, internal policies, onboarding, governance, and day-to-day operations from day one.

I work closely with the CEO on priorities, calendars, communications, and coordination with clients, investors, partners, and staff. I also manage employee lifecycle processes, recruitment logistics, payroll coordination, contracts, records, and DIFC compliance documentation.

At Alpargatas (Havaianas), I helped launch the first Dubai office from scratch, onboarded more than 16 employees, and coordinated the relocation of goods from Hong Kong to Dubai under a tight deadline. I've also supported CEOs directly at ITP Media Group and led office administration at Insignia Group in DIFC.

I'm comfortable working remotely across time zones, handling confidential information, and keeping complex operations organized through clear systems. I use tools including Notion, Monday, Google Workspace, Wafeq, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok 3, and Microsoft Copilot to keep work moving.
