I am an HR, Admin, and Operations professional based in the UAE with experience supporting fast-paced startups and growing teams. My career has given me hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee documentation, visa and insurance coordination, payroll support, vendor management, office administration, and executive support.

In my current role, I work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of both people-related and operational responsibilities. I have successfully managed hiring for full-time employees and service providers, coordinated employee exits and final settlements, handled company license and legal document renewals, supported visa processes, and managed insurance renewals.

I have also led office sourcing and setup coordination, managed vendors, organized international travel and events, supported merchandise procurement, and handled multiple administrative projects from planning through execution.

I enjoy roles where I can combine HR, people operations, business operations, and executive support. I am particularly interested in remote opportunities with international startups, SaaS, fintech, Web3, and growth-focused companies where I can contribute through strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and ownership.
