At STARLAB SIA, I built the company's BI and reporting capability from the ground up, replacing unreliable reports and inconsistent metric logic with structured Tableau Prep flows, unified reporting standards, and hourly refreshes on Tableau Server.
I led analytical investigations into payment performance, conversion, provider behaviour, data quality, and financial discrepancies. I also oversaw improvements to approximately 25 dashboards and integrated PostgreSQL transaction data with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets for consolidated reporting.
At KVALTU, I founded and independently managed a boutique BI solutions business, delivering end-to-end projects for two clients in microcredit and investments. I led discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, development, delivery, and handover using Qlik and Power BI.
Previously, at VIA SMS GROUP, I led BI strategy and implementation across five countries and managed a six-person BI team. At FINKO GROUP and BLUOR BANK, I delivered performance reporting and analysis and led reporting-automation initiatives.
