In just 1.6 years, I progressed from trainee to the company’s second-highest operational position. I now manage a team of 5 overseeing a fleet of 40 vehicles and 80 drivers across three cities, using TDS, Skoleskyss, and Excel to keep daily execution on track.
I lead delivery of a municipal school transport contract (skoleskyss tender), ensuring compliance with public contract requirements while coordinating the practical details that make service reliable.
I also drive growth through performance marketing across Facebook, Instagram, and SEO, using structured A/B testing to improve results. I convert commercial customers to retainer agreements and manage invoicing and revenue tracking in Tripletex, turning operational performance into measurable commercial outcomes.
