At Right Outside Auto Detailing LLC, I run customer service and daily operations while designing AI-assisted booking workflows for qualification, pricing confirmation, and appointments.
I've built and documented 23 n8n workflows across an eight-stage GH-X digital-product pipeline, supported by Airtable queues, API calls, branching, error handling, and marketplace packaging outputs. I also created a 10-stage AI voice booking assistant with confirmation checkpoints and structured QA, addressing five or more failure classes.
I use ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, and Airtable to prototype workflows, refine prompts, classify failures, identify root causes, retest fixes, and document implementation evidence accurately.
