At Ascend Studios, I served as the primary HR and operations leader for a multi-program performing arts organization. I built its write-up, written warning, and incident report program from scratch, and administered Dance Studio Pro for billing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
I also managed staff and employee relations, scheduling, and office operations. I designed and owned multi-day staff retreats from the ground up, and created confidential recordkeeping systems and Excel-based tracking tools for budgeting, attendance, payroll support, and enrollment reporting.
