What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in project or event coordination where I can support international teams, stakeholder communication, workforce mobilisation, and multicultural operations while continuing to grow in large-scale event delivery.

I'm supporting GL Events Japan K.K. on the Asian Games 2026 project, coordinating visa processing and mobilisation for 400–500 expatriate personnel. I manage documentation, onboarding, compliance coordination, and communication across international staff, vendors, and operational teams.

At World Expo 2025, I delivered consecutive interpretation and served as a bilingual MC for Malaysia Pavilion programmes, official visits, stakeholder meetings, and press engagements. I also coordinated VIP visits and protocol support for government delegations.

Across event, security, and hospitality operations, I've supported clear communication, visitor flow, incident response, and professional guest experiences in English, Japanese, and Italian.
