At the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan’s Public Affairs Section, I delivered more than 10 diplomatic events a year for audiences of 200–300, including ambassadors and government ministers. I managed each event from concept and budget through run-of-show and post-event reporting, partnering with JICA, the United Nations and WHO.
I served as the Embassy focal person for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, coordinating registration, invigilation and partner universities with a 20-person team. I also managed vendor selection and contract negotiations for cultural programmes, keeping budgets within plan.
To support senior diplomatic staff, I standardised event records, budget tracking and attendance data in reusable Excel trackers and PowerPoint KPI summaries. I maintained this information in MOFA’s correspondence system and the ALAYA CMS, and hosted scholarship ceremonies bilingually in Japanese and English.
Since July 2025, I’ve led guided walking tours for Media Bound K.K. across Tokyo. I also bring experience in order management, English tutoring, consular administration and business intelligence, alongside a BSc in Information Systems and Management and an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
