At Avenue Hotel, I handled check-ins and checkouts, reservations, accounting, and guest assistance. Earlier, at Alessia's Place, I supported guest relations and prepared descriptive content about Como for social media and booking portals.
My other experience includes travel agency work at Bluvacanze & Cisalpina Tours, hospitality roles, and factory work at Swatch Group. I speak Italian natively, have fluent English, and have basic knowledge of French and Arabic.
