I am a strategic operator and chief-of-staff partner with over a decade advising founders and C-suite leaders across high-growth tech, Web3, and SaaS startups from Seed through Series B. I translate vision into structured execution, owning operating rhythm and accountability to turn decisions into measurable outcomes.

I build organisational infrastructure, cross-functional alignment, and investor-facing narratives, having designed board operations, meeting cadences, and financial oversight across distributed, multi-jurisdiction teams. I have driven cost optimisation and rebuilt operational systems to improve clarity and scalability during periods of rapid growth.
