I seek a hands-on IT support role in a collaborative, customer-focused environment where I can apply Windows, Office 365 and cloud troubleshooting skills, grow in cloud/automation responsibilities, and work with German‑speaking customers.

I am an experienced Desktop and Network Support Engineer with strong expertise in Windows troubleshooting, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, PKI and ServiceNow ticketing. I handle German‑speaking markets and have a proven track record resolving user login, profile, software and hardware issues in both remote and desk‑side environments.

I combine methodical diagnostics with excellent customer communication in German, English and Arabic, and have supported cloud environments, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and related collaboration tools. I have additional training in software testing, front‑end and back‑end technologies and emphasize thorough root‑cause analysis and reliable follow‑through.
