I’m looking to lead operations in a high-volume environment—owning P&L, improving processes, developing teams, and using analytics to cut costs while raising service quality.

I’m an Operations Manager who owns end-to-end performance for high-volume restaurants, including P&L management, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and inventory control. Since May 2023, I’ve focused on improving service quality while driving cost reduction through process improvements.

I direct the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, training, development, and retention—which has reduced team turnover by strengthening onboarding and workplace culture. I also manage reservations, inventory platforms, and menu design initiatives to balance cost efficiency, customer preferences, and operational capacity.

Before that, I built strong front-of-house and coordination skills as a Team Leader and Expeditor (Expo). At Verate y Café, I delivered exceptional guest service to 200+ customers per shift, ran POS/CRM with 100% accuracy at high order volume, and trained 10+ staff on technical systems and service standards.
