What I'm looking for

I'm open to project and program management, practice leadership, and senior consulting roles across HR-tech and IT consulting, within or beyond the SAP ecosystem.

I've led Talhis' SAP SuccessFactors business line as a Partner, combining P&L ownership, hiring, SAP vendor management, strategic client relationships, and hands-on delivery.

I direct end-to-end multi-module HR-tech implementations across Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions. My work spans 25+ client engagements, including retail deployments across 100+ stores and 20+ hotels.

I've led projects for organizations including FAIN, Volotea, Tradebe, Miguel Torres, and Boehringer Ingelheim, covering solution architecture, redesigns, integrations, maintenance programs, requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live.

Previously, I progressed from Functional Consultant to Project Manager at dtmenterprise / Viseo, delivering 15+ SAP SuccessFactors implementations. I bring experience in stakeholder alignment, change management, training rollouts, pre-sales, and building consulting teams.
