I’m a Systems Administrator focused on keeping on-prem and virtual environments secure, stable, and efficient. I provide reliable technical support across multiple offices, troubleshooting quickly and improving system performance.
My hands-on work spans Linux system administration (installations, updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring) and Windows environments. I manage Azure services and Active Directory, supporting user accounts, access, and security policies, while also performing DNS/DHCP, file and print services, and user access management.
I’ve supported virtualization-heavy setups with experience troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V environments, plus maintaining and troubleshooting rack servers and office equipment. I collaborate under established SLAs, handling incidents with structured ITSM practices and ticket management in Service Now.
Beyond day-to-day operations, I build and test in my own homelab—running a Proxmox server with Docker containers, Grafana, SMB shares, and DNS via a Raspberry Pi (Technitium DNS). I’m continuously embracing new technologies, and I enjoy translating real-world troubleshooting into better system reliability.
