At GenAI Works, I built the publisher-side affiliate channel from zero, generating $400K in affiliate revenue in 24 months. I sourced and signed 700+ AI and SaaS partner programs, negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid terms.

I launched the affiliate marketplace to full operation, with tracked partner offers, conversion tracking, postback checks, and commission reconciliation. I also automated partner onboarding and lifecycle processes.

At PromoRepublic, I built an affiliate program from scratch that generated $600K+ in affiliate-driven revenue and grew the channel 5X in two years. I activated the agency partner channel through 70+ onboarding webinars and led a two-person business development team.

Earlier, I built partner channels across e-commerce, SaaS, and other sectors. At ThingsBoard, I validated affiliate acquisition hypotheses and identified high-potential revenue sources during a three-month pilot, reaching the channel's first $1K MRR.
