What I'm looking for

I want to lead developer experience, platform engineering, and production AI tooling in metrics-driven fintech/SaaS—building reliable CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms with strong engineering ownership. Open to relocating to the United States.

I’m an engineering leader with 20+ years in fintech and SaaS, focused on developer experience, platform engineering, and practical AI tooling adoption. I defined and executed an org-wide AI developer tooling strategy at Plumery, driving deployment of Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and PR-Agent while measuring impact through DORA metrics like deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and MTTR.

At Plumery, I also designed and shipped end-to-end internal LLM-powered automation in production—an auto-documentation system and a CI vulnerability patching pipeline—built using Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. I owned platform architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure, standardizing Kubernetes-based deployments, CI/CD standards, code quality gates, and observability so teams could move faster without heavy DevOps involvement. Previously, as Engineering Manager at a core banking SaaS, I reduced production incidents by 9%, supported promotions, and advanced monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus while raising CI/CD and testing standards. Earlier roles strengthened my foundation in event-driven systems, distributed banking platforms, and high-throughput infrastructure, including experience leading engineering teams through acquisitions, R&D hiring, mentoring, and technical standards.
