I’m an Engineering Manager with deep payments domain expertise and a track record of scaling teams and building mission-critical infrastructure. I’ve built AI/ML capabilities that power real production outcomes—from payment optimization to enterprise AI SRE platforms.
At Adyen, I was a core member of the data infrastructure team and created Alfred, the ML model serving platform behind Uplift. I delivered a petabyte-scale, security-first private cloud data platform and helped bring model production time from months to hours.
At Miro, I led the evolution of the data platform, scaling engineering teams from 5 to 12 and orchestrating zero-downtime migrations processing billions of events monthly. I established delivery standards, partnered cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, and improved data observability and pipeline performance.
More recently, as Co-Founder & CTO at ResurgoAI, I founded and built an AI SRE platform from scratch—owning everything from architecture to enterprise pilot deployments. I lead with an AI-first engineering philosophy, emphasizing architectural decisions, code quality, automated testing, and high-performing team development.

Built an AI SRE platform from scratch, owning architecture to enterprise pilot deployments including an AI decision engine, data ingestion pipelines, and an integration layer. Designed a compliance foundation for secure on-prem deployment and introduced LLM-assisted development practices with automated testing and code generation.
Scaled the data platform engineering team from 5 to 12 and led complete zero-downtime migration of analytics event tracking while processing billions of events monthly. Managed scope and stakeholder alignment and drove procurement and architectural decisions to deliver scalable data solutions.
Designed and delivered OLAP-to-OLTP and rETL pipelines enabling real-time production insights, and built third-party data integrations for marketing analytics. Implemented data observability to improve data quality and reduced data processing time from days to hours.
Created Alfred, the ML model serving platform powering Adyen’s Uplift product, enabling hundreds of production models to optimize millions of payment requests with sub-millisecond latency. Built a petabyte-scale, security-first private cloud data platform without standard containerization frameworks and co-led ML training and serving platforms to cut model production time from months to hours.
