What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can deliver exceptional guest experiences, collaborate tightly with kitchen and bar teams, and take ownership of day-to-day operations—ideally with opportunities to grow into leadership.

I’m a hospitality professional who thrives in busy, guest-facing environments—managing multiple tables accurately, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring orders land on time. I also make thoughtful menu and drink recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary needs.

Across my server and service roles, I’ve handled cash and credit card transactions using a POS system while keeping a balanced cash drawer. I take food safety seriously, resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly during peak hours.

In leadership positions, I supported daily operations and improved front-desk execution through scheduling, supply ordering, and quality control over account balances and failed payments. I also managed a team of 10 staff members, monitored inventory to prevent shortages, assisted with recruiting and training, and ran regular staff meetings while ensuring health codes, safety regulations, and sanitation guidelines were followed.
